Enter a plant TA identifier to view the plant TA report or enter an EST/fl-cDNA accession to view the report of the plant TA containing that accession. Plant TA identifiers are of the form TA#_####, where # is the number of the transcript assembly and _#### represents the taxon id from NCBI. Searches are case insensitive.
e.g. Plant TA Identifier or Accession (TA67744_4530, AK108158).
Select the plant transcript assembly databases you would like to search. Checking a node will automatically select all the children.
Searches may require several minutes to complete when many searching across multiple databases. If no databases have been selected, by default all databases will be searched.
Search queries may be constructed using the boolean terms AND, NOT and OR. For example, to search for entries containing the terms 'chloroplast' that are not putative, enter 'chloroplast AND NOT putative'. Searches are case insensitive.
A maximum of 1000 results will be returned. If more than 1000 results were found, only the first 1000 hits will be shown. Limiting your search space by restricting it to certain species or adding additional terms will increase the specifity of the results.
e.g. Aquaporin AND NOT putative.
Return results as HTML or Plain text.
